The Moab Farmacy is a community based food enterprise that is dedicated to the promotion, growth and sustainability of the local and regional food system.

As a chef I am steadfast in my belief that food should be sourced locally, regionally, seasonally and organically when possible.

Supporting local famers and chefs because by working together we are both stewards for using ecologically sound, sustainable growing and harvesting practices.

Farm Dinners


Celebrate local farms and food as you enjoy a dinner in amazing surroundings, many of which created your farm to table dinner. Each Farm dinner is designed to celebrate the seasonal harvest by chosing the very freshest ingredients sourced directly from the farm and other products available locally and regionally. 

Fig Jam Creamery


A small batch, seed to spoon creamery. Seasonally inspired ice creams and frozen desserts made with a heavy infusion of local and regional ingredients.  

Art of Farm


An artistic collaboration with Ruth Linford. Art of Farm is the movement to bring the intersection of art and farming into the forefront of Utah starting with Moab soil.
